How do I contact Our Photograph UK?

You can contact us by either telephone or e-mail. Our contact details are listed on the contact page.

How soon do I need to book my photographer?

You can book your photographer at any time. However, It is important to ensure that your photographer is available.  For this reason it is best to book your photographer sooner rather than later!

If I have a free slot I can always accept late bookings. So if you have a last minute event which you would like covering – Just get in touch with us!

How long will you keep our images for?

I never delete the images from my shoots. When I create your disc I keep a backup copy in my archives. If something happens to your copy, I can then create a copy for you from my backup.

How do we confirm our slot with you?

You can confirm your slot with us by sending us an email or giving us a call. Please see our Contact page for our email address. We ask for a small deposit of £50 to confirm your slot. We will provide you with an invoice, which you can either pay via PayPal or pay cash directly.

When do we need to pay you?

After you have paid the initial deposit, you pay the remaining balance when the shoot is complete and we provide your images to you. If paying via PayPal we ask that the funds are transfered beforehand so as we can confirm the funds have cleared.

Where we should have our pre wedding shoot?

One of our services is to provide a pre-wedding shoot to our customers who have opted for such. This is a great chance to get your images onto a T-Shirt for the Stag/Hen do! (which you can arrange yourself or I can sort for you!)

The choice of location is up to you. Depending on where you choose to have your shoot will vary the price of your package. I can either travel to you, or you can travel to us in Stratford upon Avon.

What happens if your camera breaks on the day?

We will use the backup camera. I always travel with at least two cameras for just such occurances. Obviously this also allows me to have two different focal length lenses ready to shoot.

Can I book the second photographer?

You can book the second photographer if they are available. We will always try to ensure the second photographer is available, but sometimes with prior arrangements it is not always possible.

How long will you attend the wedding for?

This depends on the package you have chosen. If extra time is required on the day… or you decide to keep me longer than this can usually be arranged on the day.

What happens after the wedding?

Once I have left your venue, I will return home and immediately create a backup disc of your images. This is the most important part – as obviously we would hate to lose your photographs.

I will begin working on your images the next day. This includes making those adjustments, fixing some of the ‘blemishes’ in the pictures and

Can you supply albums or pictures printed onto canvas, acrylic, etc?

We can arrange prints onto almost any media. This includes canvas, acrylics, cups, t-shirts, albums and more. Prices vary on what you want us to create for you. Get in touch for further information.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is quite simple: We will not share any information with anybody else that you do not wish us to.  Your personal information is as important to us, as it is to yourselves.  With this in mind, we will offer you the choice of password protecting your galleries.

In addition to this, we also have a seperate cookies policy.
